What You Need to Know About Your First Visit
Your first visit is a vital foundation for our relationship with you. During your first visit, we obtain important background information, including your dental and medical history, and we give you time to get to know our dental team. Dr. Tibbs will thoroughly examine your teeth and gums during your new patient comprehensive exam. We pay especially close attention to gum health because many people lose otherwise healthy teeth to gum disease. We will talk with you about your goals and suggest a course of action to meet those goals.
We know how important your time is, so we will not keep you waiting in the lobby or in the dental chair. We reserve time especially for you. So that we can continue to provide personal service you can count on, we ask that you let us know at least 48 hours in advance of any changes in your reserved appointment time.
As a courtesy, we are glad to file your insurance claim directly with your insurance company. For prompt payment of your dental claim we must have current and accurate information regarding your insurance company. Payment for services rendered remain your responsibility, but we are happy to assist you in obtaining reimbursement from your dental insurance company. Be sure to bring your insurance card to each appointment.
